Good location near the highway made it easy to explore the area. The Queen Room was comfortable and spacious, featuring a big mirror and nice bathroom amenities. Unfortunately, the breakfast was lacking, with limited seating and a small selection. Customer service issues arose when we had complications with our room reservation—overbooking led to significant frustration, although the manager did eventually help us find a solution.

Had a great time with friends at this spot! We visited Turning Stone Casino and shopped at the Waterloo Premium Outlets, which were both just about 30 minutes away. The location is pretty handy for local attractions, and the rooms were decent for what we paid. Just set your expectations right, as it's a basic stay, but you’ll enjoy the company and nearby sights.
We did have a bit of an issue with the cleanliness of one of our rooms when we checked in, which was a letdown. Thankfully, the staff was accommodating and helped us switch to a better room quickly.

The front desk staff were super chill and welcoming, making my family feel right at home! Plus, the location is prime for local eats—Average Joe's is a must-visit for killer pizza and wings.
The heat whiffed like a moldy old sock, and the AC was a real drama queen, turning off when I needed it most. Definitely could use some TLC.

The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed, which was nice. There were grab bars in the shower and a handheld showerhead, which made things easier. But honestly, it could've used a little more attention. It felt a bit worn out, and I was hoping for a cleaner vibe. Still, the location was good, and the staff were friendly!
